Network fees are paid to the blockchain's validators or miners and are not received by BLAC LABS. Optional integrated services may include a separate BLAC interface fee: up to 0.5% on swaps and a 0.05% builder fee on eligible perpetual trades. Network, third-party, and BLAC fees are separate and are disclosed in the relevant quote, confirmation, or protocol authorization before they apply.

Your assets are controlled by your recovery phrase and keys, not by the app screen. Restarting or reinstalling should not move assets, but recovery requires your recovery phrase. If the app crashes frequently, contact support.
